CTC Eligibility Requirements

CTC youth preapprentices must be a minimum of 16 years old and have completed the 10th grade. They must have a minimum grade point average of 2.0.

To enter the program, students must have a good record of school attendance and be on-track to graduate.
As a part of the CTC curriculum, students also gain employability skills, occupational safety training, first aid and CPR techniques, and more.

Upon request, a student may have a CTC mentor, a tradesperson who is trained to counsel aspiring youth in real life skills and trade trends.
