CTC Mentors

Mentors needed!

The mentor component of the CTC initiative is essential, because it provides preapprentices access to real life expertise from construction tradespersons. These mentors help youth “navigate the rough waters” of teenage years and career exploration. They visit students at their high school or technical institute and help them “chart a course” for completing high school and gaining necessary skills to become valued members of society and the workforce.
